 That’s a wrap on Sunset Showdown 2025! This was perhaps our most successful competition to date :). We were joined in Alliance 3 with Team 604B, Quixilver, and Team 2854, the Prototypes, finishing as the 3rd top alliance in the playoffs!! We also won the Controls and Autonomous Award, awarded to a team with well designed, automated control schemes.
Thank you so much to Team 5924, Golden Gate Robotics, for hosting this event. We had so much fun meeting new people, trying out new roles, and watching the mentor matches :D.

 This weekend we had the incredible opportunity to represent FIRST Robotics at Open Sauce 2025 in San Mateo. Over two action-packed days, we demoed our competition robot, connected with thousands of attendees, and shared the excitement of STEM and robotics with makers, engineers, and curious minds.
Huge thanks to the OpenSauce organizers for having us, and to everyone who stopped by to learn more about what we do. We’re honored to be among the creators at Open Sauce again this year! We’re so excited to meet and learn from other creators in the Bay Area. Open Sauce is an event where exhibitors, makers, and innovators of all kinds come together to share their designs, share advice on panels, and give talks.
